    What is X-900 Solution ?

    X-900 is a suspension of finely divided micro-mesh iron and mineral oxides in a base solution of sodium silicate material. The basic sodium silicate solution is compounded in a manner to provide a quick-filming action that will result in a short cure cycle of 8 to 24 hours at room temperature.

    Application 
    Designed for on-site impregnation of large, porous ferrous and nonferrous alloy castings.

    Procedure
    Vacuum/pressure, internal pressure or circulatory method.
