Presently we have one complete 36 inch Impregnation System built in 1994 ready for immediate delivery. The impregnation process is fully automated and is controlled through an Allen-Bradley PLC and operator interface. It is designed to impregnate castings or powdered metal parts. The system comes complete with dry/vacuum pressure vessel, storage tank, control panel, rotator surger wash tank and rotator cure.
