IMPCO manufactures a complete line of anaerobic and thermoset sealants for filling micro and macro porosity in metal castings, powdered metal parts, electrical connectors and ceramic parts. Sealants are formulated using methacrylate and polyester monomers that cure to form a solid thermoplastic resin that is resistant to strong acids, strong alkalies, solvents, gasoline, refrigerants, oil, antifreeze, transmission fluids, power steering fluids, hydraulic oils and others.

All of our sealant formulations are easy to use, stable and adaptable to a wide range of impregnation methods. They also meet the latest U.S. and military, industrial, and other federal, state and local government standards as well as most International standards.
